Final cut pro import settings for 24p adv

hello,

Can anyone tell me, what are the Final Cut Pro import set up settings fliming in 24p advanced? I'm getting some blotchy resolution on my monitors. To also minimize strobing effect (street traffic also appears with strobe).

perhaps I'm not being clear w the question. Importing 24p adv into Final Cut Pro, what settings should be made to synchronize frame rate and have best resolution?
