Final Cut Express with 25P

Hi,
I just bought a new DVX and I was trying out the different scene settings. I noticed that I was filming 25P and I managed to capture it to FCE. So what will the difference capturing in 25P through FCE or FCP HD. Anyways is there a particular scene which is rich in saturated colour or any scene which will make it more film like. Thanks for your help.

Obviously make sure you're set for PAL format.
