Final cut exported mov to combustion or shake

Hello I got two clips that are exported från final cut and im working on a pc. My quicktime player doen't recordnice the mac codec and neither do combustion 4 or shake 2.5 (will upgrade for as soon i get my mac=) ).

any thoghts?
 
This could be a difference in the QT codecs between Intel-Mac and PPC? If you're running FCP under Rosetta, the resulting files will not play in native Intel-Mac QT player.
