Filters you can't live without

I'm getting a matte box and was wondering what filters you guys use regularly. I realize different shoots might require different filters but I was wondering what you all carry with you and what you use the most.

I obviously need a polarizer and UV filter. I have seen some skin tone enhancement filters as well... so what do you all use and recommend?

At the moment this is the 4X4 I carry around:
Tiffen ND Grad 0.6/0.9 soft edge water white glass
Tiffen Polarizer
Tiffen Clear water white glass

It covers my need for now. Of course if you can't do a lot of post work due to either budget or time some more color related filters might come in handy. Some times a warm polarizer and a color filter for the sunsets could come in handy....

Also i would get good quality filters, the camera is only as good as it weakest link....
