Filters and Fun!

So I recently bought a clear UV filter (Sunpak brand) from BestBuy for my GH1 (62mm).

I guess my question(s) on peoples opinion(s):

What's a good filter brand?

I am working up to shooting a short film that requires some outside shots. I figure I will need some ND filters for this perhaps... Suggestions?

Sunpak isn't a good filter brand, that's for sure. The top brands for filters are B+W and Heliopan, Hoya is good in the middle tier.
