Filming a lamp always blue shadow

hi all,

i have the 301 for two weeks. yesterday i test it on the street at night.

i found about the streetlamp on the downside a blue lightning shadow.
today i take a test indoor and shoot the dinning-room with the lamp and there was the same problem.

it is all the same if i chance the settings or WB

is this a damage of my camera?
