Okay, anyone here recomend a good film school not University or four year college with a film program i'm talking about an actual film school. And do those help out or is it all just Bull$hit. anyone Know the best one? or recomenadations.
Try Full Sail, I worked at Disney for an internship and had a lot of friends who went there. I went to a four year university in film studies and enjoyed, but I had the GI Bill so I have no loans. But either choice is good it is just up to you what you want. I would have done Full Sail, but I wanted the degree from a 4 yr. and FS is kinda expensive, so work that fin-aid. I think others are like AFI and NY Film Acadamy which I have seen good films in some film festivals that I have programed.rogar-BigGrin(DBG)
i did the tour around, i've heard a lot of good things about it, and its close to some friends of mine down there (but also because its an accelerated program, and there may be job opportunities after you graduate)
if you want to be in hollywood, you have to live the lifestyle. for half the cost of film school i will teach you things like getting a drug addiction, developing an eating disorder, and having an arrogant and undeserved sense of self worth. my proven techniques will get you networking with true hollywood stars in no time.
They have Burnt Orange Films which actually produces feature films & gives jobs to their upperclass students. So many thousands of students flock their looking to make movies that you'll have a hard time not finding a core group of friends to make shorts with.
