Is there a name for the 3 (beep), 2 (beep), 1 (beep) countdown you saw on the old black and white films?

Does anyone know where I can find sample clips for this?

You could make one in Premiere and customise it to your purpose.

Now throw some film fx on it like scratches and dust and gate weave and it will look legit.
