File footage from television station

So that I don't sound completely ignorant when I call, what department would I ask for if I wanted to see if I could get some archival footage from a news story shot at a small town television station? Thanks.

Ask whoever answers their main number exactly that: "Hi, I'm looking to get access to some archive footage from yoru station..." and you will get connected to the right person. There isn't normally a "department" for archives, especially at a small station.
