File conversion

Hi all.

What program do you recommend for either Mac or Windows that will give the best results for converting a .MOV to .WMV?

I have FLV Crunch now for Mac. I like it because it's free but I've noticed some export issues and not always working correctly.

I edit on FCP Studio but need to use some of my stuff on Windows machines that don't all have Quicktime.

I don't have a Mac so I can't directly answer your question, but I'll point out that Windows 7 supports certain kinds of Quicktime files (h.264 and the PhotoJPG codec, not the Animation codec) natively using it's new version of Windows Media Player.
