Ferrite Cores Help

[Chris_Lynch]

Hey guys,

I did a search but couldn't find what I wanted to know.

The ferrite cores that come with the DVX, are they to be used when capturing footage via a Firewire cable? Just need to know as I want to upload some stuff to my Mac for the first time and amn't sure whether I need them or not...

Cheers,
Chris

Re: Ferrite Cores Help

Chris, you can put them onto the FW cable, but there's no problem with not using them either.
