Fellini Directs Again!

Fellini Directs Again! to shoot in June. I need for camera operators/directors (you've been promoted even :-) Learn a ton of stuff shooting with me on this avant garde, cinema verite, felliniesque movie. LOL Did I leave anything out?

will rep film at the AFM email me: vic@releasing.net

will rep my own movie FELLINIESQUE PLAYERS (completed) and a trailer for FELLINI DIRECTS AGAIN!

these are avant garde films so no conflict of interest...

Still trying to find a few camera operators who want to learn feature filmmaking in one day. LOL So far no takers.

Fellini Directs Again! is my new felliniesque movie. This is the second true felliniesque movie I'm making. I can't wait to start rolling cameras ... er, so far one camera -- my own only :-)

Also, I'm going to rep a few movies at the AFM this year -- if things go well between now and June.... Email me if you have a movie that needs a rep. Vic@Releasing.Net

Fellini Directs Again! Auditions will commence soon and production is going to start in first week of June. Fellini Directs Again! will be completed by November of this year.

Found three locations today to hold the auditions and another two where I can shoot the movie. Things are moving fast. I'll post vlogs as I go along.

Will check out a new location tomorrow. If you're available to shoot in first week of June, let me know. vic@felliniesque.com This will be like an internship. You'll learn a ton of stuff about feature filmmaking plus I'll give you shots for your reel.

Finally approaching production start date. First week of June is when the cameras roll. I will be posting pictures and clips from the shoot.

Looks good. It's being painted. I'll be able to look at it again when it's finished on Tuesday or Wednesday.

By the way, the AFM deadline is coming up in a few days. Let me know if you have a movie I can rep at the AFM.

Email me Vic@Releasing.Net

This trailer is for you, Evan. You asked me a few days ago to post a trailer for Killzone. This movie was released in the late 80s -- many moons ago. LOL I made this web clip from an old LP VHS tape. The movie was shot in 35mm for $44,000. It was sold to Samuel Goldwyn by Shapiro Entertainment for $750,000. It was sold all over the world and even played theatrical in some countries. It made millions, but it was a no-name action movie that I shot and edited for a group of kids that had never made a 35mm movie in their life. Well, it's just a small example of all the movies I've worked on. It's not the best, but it goes to show that you don't need to make a movie for $500,000 to get the production quality up.

By the way, there is still time to get in on the AFM. I will rep you. Email me: vic@releasing.net

Here's the link to the trailer:

email me if you wish to have your movie represented at the AFM (American Film Market) in LA this year ... fellini directs again! will be in production in a few days

I think you can rent it from Netflicks.

Don't you have a feature I can rep for you at the AFM? I'm looking for filmmakers to pitch in so I can go to the AFM with everybody's movies. The deadline is coming up pretty fast; I have to have the deposit in within days. Email me: vic@releasing.net

Deadline for my representing your movies at the AFM is tomorrow. Email me: vic@releasing.net

This is the last time I will be doing this for 7%.

After tomorrow I will be working on my movie FELLINI DIRECTS AGAIN!

That's how the cookie crumbles.

Without distribution, why make movies? Artistic gratification? It's nice ... when one can afford it.

Oh, well, on to making FELLINI DIRECTS AGAIN!

Hello filmman,

We at DVXuser.com -- The online community for filmmaking would like to wish you a happy birthday today!
Thank you everybody! This is very thoughtful; I really appreciate it.

You guys are the greatest~

This is the last weekend before production. I'm working on a shot list. Although the movie depends heavily on improvisation, as it is felliniesque and all, I still don't want to waste too much time trying to figure out what I should be doing while directing it. Also the production schedule is going to be lightning fast....
