Cinematographifically it's hard to say what you shouldacoulda... It's basically one setup, so it gets a bit tedious to watch. But maybe you had an idea here and who am I to say it's wrong?

Since you chose one setup only, maybe it could have been fun playing around with the position of the lights, adding gels and so on, maybe even moving the lights while shooting, to add some dynamics.
The editing is high paced, so I guess that works with the song, but well... yeah, it's a bit boring all in all :)

You shot into a corner. With one setup I might have stepped back quite a bit and get an entire room, and use seperate parts of the room in the cuts; jumping light, colors, have the talent move up close, add more people etc.
Since it's only about 2 min long, it shouldn't be too hard scripting the various shots or getting a few more actors / dancers in.

Thanks. The point of this video was outfits changing to the beat of the song since there is not a concept to put the lyrics to. The camera and lighting was not moved at all. Plus the shadow looks kind of cool behind him. Any better way of doing this shot where you just want shirts to change?

I think the point is that there's not much to watch, and if you try to concentrate on what they are wearing the cuts are too quick to have a good look. It would have been clever to have the person change clothes but not constantly appear in different parts of the frame - so it looked like one shot where his clothes changed in one take. For me, the lighting was horrible when he came towards the camera, the blacks were too murky and it looked kind of unfinished - sorry.
