Would like it if the focus and zoom rings had industry standard gear teeth (eg cine style 32 pitch / 0.8 mod). This would make adding follow focus and other remote lens accessories cheaper and easier, when you want to use the camera on a jib, steadycam or other specialised grip equipment.
It would be extremely helpful to add an image-flip feature for 35mm adapters which will affect not only the LCD monitor but the recorded image too. That would help maintaining the ease of the P2 workflow and will help preventing the need of tedious video rendering and potentially degrading the final image quality, when flipping the image in post. Obviously, it will also help tremendously for on-set monitoring when using a 35mm adapter (something that a HUGE percentage of the HVX200 future users will be using).
I believe adding such a feature at this point shouldn't be too complicated or costly, and it could make this camera so much more friendly to its main intended users: independent filmmakers.
I hope Panasonic will implement this one...
