hi all, i just received a proposal from a friend to edit a feature film shot on the JVC pro HD cam. im trying to find an easy solution to edit the 24p footage on FCP5, but i keep running into the same solution of going through third party software. this could work, but i think it would take WAY to much time and HD space. there is literally like hours upon hours of footage. he wants it done by August. Do u think it can be done? if so, any recommendations on equipment (fast hard drives, decks etc) i currently have a duel 2.0 PM G5 , 1 gig ram, 150 and 300 GB HD'.
