about your question, I'm not all that sure about how it was done. Then again, I haven't watched it in a while. I'll have to check it out.
and no, I don't have any edits on the comp. or on the net right now. I don't really have much footage of myself. BUT... I've got footage that I shot in Love from the Glove (detroit vid) and some is supposed to be going in the GC team video, but as of right now it doesn't seem like that will even be made. Jan's gotta get on that.

yeah, LFTG has such a great underground feel. Awesome skating from a lot of small names.
the GC vid, as of now(to my knowledge) isn't happening. But I would love to see it go down, because they really do have an incredible team. It'd be a huge task though. Doesn't seem like many people in the industry will want to take on the challenge.

To get the efect you were asking about apparantly they slipped the Film Camera (I think it was an Arri 535) filming the scene some LSD, flicked the run switch, director yelled action and the rest is history.
Alternatively you could slip you paying audience some LSD at each showing and time your scene in the movie right so they'll see the same kind of effect. Albeit some may have different interpretations of said scene.......
In all seriousness, I haven't got a clue how they did the effect but it was very well executed as was the entire movie for that matter.
