FCP7 + Snow Leopard is Freakin Awesome!!

[Faymus Media]

i have familiarized myself with final cut pro, and i feel that its surpasses all other editing programs i have used including avid media composer...

although final cut pro sorta feels like premiere pro, and has alot of the same setups, i believe that proress 422, and the layout are far greater than anything else i have used.

and running snow leopard 10.6.2 also makes things more stable, windows used to crash every hour, i couldnt take no more....

as sad as it is to be said i have never paid for a windows product, however when i gave snow leopard and final cut a try, i went out and paid 30 bucks to get the RETAIL snow leopard cd and support apple...

thats how satisfied i am....just figured i would share with everyone!

go fcp!

LOL, where do you think Premiere Pro got it's set up from? I teach Premiere Pro, when the college is doing "Video Production" and it's almost a blatant rip of FCP. But it works well though. And seriously, if you know FCP you can do basic editing on this thing. The tricks and more pro stuff can be searched online. The only thing PPro has over FCP is it's integration with AE and P.Shop. A lot of the Adobe programs are made to have tight integration just like the Apple stuff.

How could you have tested Windows products without paying for them?

why would you ask that question...

i used to send audio to audition 3.0 while using premiere.

but final cut pro 7 is so stable.....i love it!

Your installation must have been corrupted, or maybe your "non-paid windows apps" had something to do with the crashes. I go back and forth with snow leopard and win7 and I haven't had a crash on either one ever. My last "crashes" were leopard 10.5.8 and winXP.
