FCP7 does'nt work with Snow Leopard

Hi,
I've just installed Snow Leopard in my Mac Pro Nehalem. When I double clic on FCP 7, it cannot open. On the menu I just have "FinalCut" and "Help"
Please help me.

Do you use a clean install or archive and install method?

Or a time machine restore?

If there are issues, they are generally related to a failure to do a clean install.

Thank you very much for answering.
Here is what I did : I put directly the Snow Leopard DVD in my Mac Pro and clic on "Install"

PA : My Mac Book Pro is on Snow Leopard and it has no problem with FCP7 as my Mac Pro

Yeah so you didn't do a clean install (format and install a clean operating system).

I format and install Snow Leopard, then Update SL : everything is OK
