FCP Studio 2: Export .FLV?

So I have a client who wants a flash video for their site, really small, like 4MB/minute of video, and they want the size to be 683x384. I have a Mac Tower with full FCP Studio 2, I also have MPEG Streamclip and I can't seem to find an option to export to FLV - can anyone help? I cannot spend any money to buy additional software to do this... Any suggestions appreciated.

Bad news...all the free stuff exports .flv pretty poorly...You probably need better software. There is a hack - create an H.264 and change the suffix to .f4v. Its now a flash file but it will only play in a limited number of Flash versions. If is a 'paid client' than you are going to have to cough up the dough and get On2, Sorenson or Episode (just make sure you are buying something with a flash encoder option).

Ah, thanks. Bummer. Any suggestion for the "best" of the crappy free ones? They're not paying me and I'm only doing it out of the kindness of the economy, so if all I can do is "okay" that's fine with me...

Your best solution is just doing a google search and see what comes up.

Here's one, and I don't know anything about it:

You also might try exporting to h.264, and then changing the .mov extension to flv.
