FCP settings AVCHD footage?

Hi all,

I have HMC150 footage (AVCHD 1920x1080/24p) to edit with Final cut Pro 6, using ProRes.

Need some quick help here:

What are the best audio/video settings?
1. Sequence preset?
2. Capture preset?
3. Video playback?

Should I use ProRes 422 (HQ) or just ProRes 422?

Match your sequence settings to your pro res clip attributes.

In this online manual (see link) they say I should go for standard HDV settings 1440X1080 50i. I don't get it -I'm new in to FCP- but should I use that even if I have 1920x1080/24p footage?
