I'm shooting P2 720pn but occasionally I have a client who needs the footage output to DVD or the web (320x240 as well as 640x360 mov files) and also ipod (324x240 m4v file).
Some formats seem to turn the widescreen into a square.
Anyone have a definitive guide to output settings--when to use "crop" vs. "letterbox" vs. "fit within dimensions" for these different needs on output?
