Hello,
I'm currently working on a project in Final Cut Pro with clips shot with my HMC150, and I'm having a pretty strange problem. When I render a clip that has the color corrector filter applied, clipped highlights render as a blue, pixelated mess. See attached image. Everything looks fine when Final Cut renders the clips in realtime, but once it's writing the render file to disc -- either when rendering for playback from the timeline or exporting a MOV -- the blue highlights appear.
I get the exact same results opening the project on two different computers. I'm on 6.0.5, and I've tried trashing my preferences files, and tried copying the clips off the timeline into a new project, and I've had no success. I've edited several projects prior to this one that were shot with my HMC150 and made use of the color corrector filter with no problems, so I'm pretty stumped.
Any thoughts?
