FCP, Pluraleyes--how to work with synced clips?

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious and easy, but I can't figure out a non-clumsy way to make the footage the plural eyes synced on the timeline into stand alone clips that appear in the browser. Could someone walk me through the steps?

Did you find a solution can you share it with us? I am a little confused on this and it's what's keeping me from getting pluraleyes.

All I do when syncing( with or without pluraleyes), is put all clips from one folder in the timeline. Name that sequence by the folder name- sync- then link the clips, and just copy/paste from that timeline to your edit timeline. So the synced timeline now becomes your 'browser' in which you work from- plus I find it's much easier to scrub through the timeline to see/hear footage that you're hunting for anyway- as opposed to double clicking on clips- or looking at the first frame in thumbnail view.

I haven't had to sync any audio with PluralEyes lately but I was thinking they added a feature to sync audio/video as one clip in your bin if you wanted. That way you could drag from the bin onto the timeline and have your production audio follow along.

Replace audio if you want to replace original audio.
If not you have to import iXML and adobe creates a separate sequence.

I have never used plural eyes. But I would pre-synch all video and audio in a timeline. Then put them back to pre-assigned bins. Select them in the bin and Ctrl + Click and choose merge clips option.
