FCP,Please HELP Shot in 720p and when exported

SHot some footage in 720 24p, and slow motion 0 frames, brought it over to fcp and it shows 960 by 720, that is not wide screen but in the monitor window it is wide screen footage. When I hit export in the compress it exports the footage as 4 by 3 I believe it's all squezed togther, I guess it's diffrent pixel recial setting?? I exported the footage out to the web in the setting 720 by 480 16:9 ratio but it is still not the original demensions, if I set export as original for the web then it's squzed

What is the question exactly? I'm guessing you want to export 16:9 movies. Use custom settings instead of current and set the pixels to 1280x720 or any 16:9 ratio you want. FCP 5.1.4 takes care of this automatically now. Good Luck.
