Camera = HVX200. Recording Format = dvcpro50 480i 24PA. Media = P2. Import into FCP 5.1.4 using "File - Import - Panasonic P2".
I have shot in the 24PA mode before TO TAPE and FCP will remove the pulldown but it doesn't seem to be doing that when I import directly from the P2 card. When the clip is scrubbed on the timeline, I'm getting a blended static frame every fourth frame. The import preferences are set to Remove Advanced Pulldown and Duplicate frames.
Any suggestions on getting rid of the nasty static frame blends would be greatly appreciated.
