FCP (Mac) to Avid Express Pro (pc)

I am a college student down in California. My school uses Final Cut Pro for their editing software; however, the college will be closed for winter break. What I want to do is take my information from the Mac FCP to my PC at home which I am going to buy avid pro express for. I was wondering if their is a way to get my project from Final Cut Pro (Mac) to Avid Pro Express (PC)? My email is dbrown6007@aol.com

If anyone could help me with this dilemma I would really appreciate it.
 
Look into Automatic Duck, though I believe that you'll have to install that on the FCP machine and you may not have permissions to do such a thing.

Also, is your media on an external hard drive? You will have to install MacDrive on the PC in order to read the Mac formatted drive.
