FCP log and transfer - clips not converting

FS-100 w 16gb Transend class 10 cards. Always downloaded before reaching approx 80% capacity.

I have several days of interviews currently converting in log and transfer, FCP v6. Out of 70 clips, 3 fail part way through and display a "!" error. All three failed clips are 15-25 min in duration. Other clips of similar duration convert with no issues, same cards, camera, and shoot days. The error clips appear to play just fine in L&T, yet will no convert successfully.

What other app can I use to convert? Any other suggestions?

ClipWrap would be my choice.


And FYI…as far as I know, FCP 6 does not play nice with long clips from the FS-100 in Log & Transfer.
 
Yeah, i had issues with L&T long clips even from my hvx, i had to do it in pieces to get it to import but clipwrap will be much easier.
