FCP importing

I want to to log and transfer a few clips on my SD card, only problem I had copied them from another SD card (in the STREAM folder). And Now final cut doesn't recognize these clips without the other data. What would be the best way to solve this.

btw no need for pulldown removal footage is 1080p25

You can either convert in Toast 10 directly to any Quicktime format you have installed but I've also seen somebody mention that with Toast one can make a "AVCHD-archive" which supposedly can be read by Log&Transfer just like it was straight off the camera card. Haven't had a reason to try this myself. If you copy the files from the card to a another or a harddrive you have to take the entire 'PRIVATE' folder and then not change a thing within it or L&T will not work.
