FCP HD up Converstion issue!!

Hey All, I recently shot a feature using HVX-200 with RedRock m2. I imported footage using p2 card, directly to FCP at 960 X 720 at 24p. However, thesaved settings for my "Sequences" was native 640 X 480. I didn't realize this while I was editing, and I completed editing entire movie. Now, I am trying to convert it back to 960 X 720 and althought the screen area gets bigger, then actual footage still remains the same. How do I UP CONVERT IT BACK to HD????

Pretty easy.
Your shots in the timeline are actually still 720. Make a new sequence that is DVCPro HD 720p24 and then just highlight your old time line and copy the whole thing. Then Just paste it in the new 720 time line and bam, its going to be at 720 :).
This SHOULD work.

If that doesn't work double click the first clip in your new sequence, then up in the viewer click the motion tab. Make sure your scale is at 100, and everything else is 0.

Copy - apple+c that clip on the sequence, select the rest and paste attributes option+v. Make sure the motion box is checked.

Changing Sequence Settings Doesn't Work

Hey, I did as you said. It doesn't work entirely. Yes, it expanded image, but it seems to have stretched image slightly, not filling entire screen thereby creating the black bars on the top and buttom.

When i reimport the footage the raw footage in the sequence with proper settings, the video fills the entire screen. What can I do??

below "scaling" is "distort" change that to 0.

I am using FCP 5. I do not see a "distort" below "scale". Raw footage imported fiills entire screen. The modified footage is seems streched but does not fill entire screen. Help

under "distort", set aspect ratio to "0".
