FCP footage to After Effects - I can't figure it out.

[truthrocket]

How do I take a clip from FCP to After Effects?

Thanks,
A

[Cools]

Export it using File > Export > Quicktime Movie.

[David Saraceno]

A clip or a sequence?

[truthrocket]

Either clip or sequence.

[truthrocket]

Will I loose footage quality by exporting using Quicktime movie?

[Richard J. Johnson]

If there is a difference I can never tell.
