FCP Compressor Question

I don't know that I will have time to burn another DVD, but in case I do, is there anything I should do differently than just dragging the DVD:Best Quality as the option? I don't have a blu ray burner so I assume it has to be at 480... I guess it will look good being shot at 1080 but is there anything in compressor that I can to up the quality or is DVD Best Quality at 720-x480 going to be the best route?

Also, the movie that I am compressing is about a 25 minute short film. Should I use DVD best quality in the 90, 120, or 150 minute option? Not sure if I understand which will burn quicker... I feel like the 90 minute would burn quicker but it seems like I remember reading that if you use the 90 minute on a 30 minute film it has to fill up the empty space and that takes longer or something like that...
thanks guys

For a 25 minute video, use the 60 minute preset best quality. And make certain you elect the Dolby 2 audio encoding.

No empty space is filled up in the muxing and burn procedure.
