FCP Black Frame at Dissolve

Anyone else experience a black frame at the point where the dissolve starts? I'm using FCP 5.1.1?

I input P2 which is 720pn and output to DVCPRO HD 720p24 QT.

And there's a black flash frame in the QT movie, not on the FCP timeline.
