If I understood it well The audio video settings has to be done before one uses the logs and transfer of the AVHD clips from SDHC card.I also understood that it must be in Prores 422 settings. There is the prores 422 in the sequence setting but the capture settings only have HDV-Prores 422. Are we going for that one even if we are not using HDV?
 
The capture preset doesn't matter for Log and Transfer. It applies when you use Log and Capture, or Batch Capture. You can just set the codec you would like in the preferences of the Log and Transfer window.
