FCP 6 keeps asking for Serial Number

Hi,

I recently purchased a new copy of Final Cut Pro 6.0 and installed it one my computer. Every time I open the program though, it keeps asking for my Serial Number. Why isn't it saving my information? Thanks.

I'd give Apple a call- maybe you entered the wrong info.

Hmm...maybe run /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility and have it repair disk permissions
before typing in your serial number again?

Find and trash "systemHD/Library/Application Support/ProApps/Final Cut Studio System ID". Open an app and enter your serial number, creating a new system ID file.
