Bullit & The French Connection are pretty awesome--especially for their time, but I think they've been surpassed by now. Ronin was really solid (and still close to the top), but the same can be said there.

Death Proof is up near the top for sure, but as a huge car guy, I hated the chases in Drive. They may have been shot well, but I couldn't get past the fact that a Chrysler 300 was keeping up with a 412hp Mustang 5.0--especially with an amazing driver at the helm. Also hearing gear changes when both hands are on the wheel...

That opening sequence from Quantum of Solace is what I always throw on when I want to show off my home theater.
