Favorite lens for steadicam interiors on AF100?

What's yours? I'm thinking the 20mm 1.7 could be nice on a light rig, and a wide PL prime could provide a much different look. Maybe the 11-16 might be the versatile one. I've done zero practicing with the AF100 balanced on a rig. I'll be practicing with it this week, so maybe I'll cut a lens demo.

It depends on the shot needed... I usually use the 11-16 (when I need WIDE), 20, or 24 with the AF100 when we are going steadi, depending on what will be best for the shots coming up... I dont like doing lens changes when we are doing steadi (takes too much time). I have to say, if I had a 17-35, I would probably use that for steadi just to have the ability to change focal lengths on the fly with out rebalancing.

I use the Olympus 12mm, fully automatic as well with face recognition. It focuses well up to 6 inches so I control shot size with distance to subject rather than worry about focal length. The wider the better for me - hides all my many flaws. I wouldn't use the 14-42mm because changing focal length means rebalancing.

What lens is that? You can change focal lengths without rebalancing? Doesn't the barrel length change internally if not externally thus throwing off the center of balance? If such a lens exists I'd be sure looking to get my hands on that, especially if it's automatic as well.
