greeches Veteran Nov 15, 2011 #2 Sony Vegas. Adobe CS 5/5.5 will handle this with no issue either. I prefer Vegas to Premiere (part of CS5) but you can't replace After Effects w/ Vegas...

Blackout Veteran Nov 16, 2011 #3 Vegas has more options but Edius 6 will blow you away for smoothness and I have now gotten compression from it so clean that I can't tell them from the original files.
