disjecta - I always loved that shot - the comp. is perfect and the highlights on her hair are great....and Norm - you are no longer allowed to post until you divulge all of your secrets...now!

[acoreasc]

oh, and Justin - love that Sin City last capture nice work...

[acoreasc]

Dunsk - incredible color in the sky shots and Hartley I love the pastel feeling of your pics - especially that beach shot at magic hour. I swear, my last post in this thread

Mine was not from a DVX but from my GS400. Some CC obviously but its an amazing image for a 1/4.7in 3CCD camcorder.

Not very artistic, but a damn good image and its my favorite. Btw I love the crushed blacks on that first post, very nice.

Griffin-when is your movie going to be done? Anything new w/ it?

[Mark Harris]

Well, I don't think mine can live up to some of the work here. But I have just recently started DP-ing my own stuff, and I've learned so much from these boards, I wanted to share some of the results from the short I'm working on now.

thanks man, there's artifacting around the edges because the website resized it, but it was pretty fun shooting my little trailer, Sin City style.

[manglerBMX]

i need to get a copy of my favourite, it was actually used as a sequence in a bmx magazine as "trick of the century" but it was from a trv900 and not a dvx and that was 4 years ago.

[thartley]

Hartley I love the pastel feeling of your pics - especially that beach shot at magic hour.

Thanks!

Slimothy -

"The Legend Trip" will be all done with post by august and released direct to video come fall of '06.

Going back this spring and shooting a couple major sequences invoving more blood and skin, (as per distributer request).

Thanks for the interest. More news as the year progresses...but the last couple months have been spent assembling a rough cut and pre production on the new sequences.
