Favorite executions/death scenes/scenes of intimidation

Name your favorite scene.....like in a bond movie where the villian is about to take bond out in an overly elaborate death contraption. Or, a scene where a person is intimidated to do something, like the fight club scene where brad pitt puts the gun to the clerks head and tells him he will come back to kill him if he doesn't enroll in college to pursue his dreams.

Possibly the best intimidation scene ever is the scene in True Romance between Christopher Walken and Dennis Hopper. For the sake of any children who might be reading I won't quote from it, but anyone who has seen that film knows what I'm talking about.

Actually I find any scene with Christopher Walking intimidating ... even his work in Wayne's World 2 ....

Death scenes

Boromir in Fellowship
Wallace in Braveheart

Those are the ones that gave me a lump in my throat.
If anyone says Optimus Prime, I'm going to go crazy. :)

Quite possibly the most disturbing scene I've ever seen is from Reservoir Dogs.

Michael Madsen cuts up a cop with a straight razor, then cuts his ear off, then pours gasoline on him. Wow that looked painful. Later the cops gets shot and killed anyway.

I guess this could still be a spoiler for sin city....

when bruce willis shoots himself in the head at the end of sin city was pretty cool

Great choices and I agree;

Madsen and The Cop in Reservoir Dogs

Walken and Hopper in True Romance

Willis, Rhames and The Gimp in Pulp Fiction

Crowe in Glaidiator (First time into the arena)

The Gas Station attendant, the Trooper and Gekko Brothers in From Dusk Till
Dawn

Onofrio in Full Metal Jacket

Hannibal attacking the Policeman from within the Cage in Silence of the Lambs

Byrne and Turturro in Millers Crossing

Walken, Deniro and Savage playing Russain Roulette in the Deer Hunter

Barrymore in Scream

Execution...
“The Green Mile” (I'm still pissed about how that ended, extremely emotional)

Torture...
(Agreed) “Reservoir Dogs” (Madsen/Cop)

Torture/Killing...
“Man on Fire” (First guy in the car)

Accidental Killing...
“Pulp Fiction” (Vincent relieves that dude of his head in the car)

Killing…
My new favorite kill scene and I know I just saw it or whatever has got to be the first kill in “Sin City” (I’ll not spoil it but when it happened I was like “WTF? This movie’s gonna rock…”

Suicide...
“Exorcist” (what a great ending for its time, didn’t see that coming back in the day)

John, I NEVER SAID "HELP US"!!!!!!!

Unmentioned Sick Death scenes:

Hellraiser 2, when Chennard hands the loony guy(politically incorrect and damn proud of it)a razor, who thinks he has maggots eating away at his whole body, so he uses the razor to try to "scrape" them off. Really bloody, makes you forget about all the other expected violence(hooks, pins nailed into the skull) in the series because it's so believable. When he runs the razor across his crotch--Ouch!!

Casino, Joe Pesci, everytime he killed somebody(stabs with a pencil, with a guys head in vice)

Robert Deniro at the end of Taxidriver. He goes cowboy and mows down everyone with a magnum. I love that ending when he's sitting on that couch and puts his finger to his head as if to blow his brains out and drops of blood fall off his index finger. Great stuff.

Oooh when E.T. died at the end and was shot by hunters...............wait a minute, I think I just wanted that to happen.

Haha, I must be the only person in the world who hasn't seen E.T. I believed you! :) That would be a great ending anyway, I'll just imagine that's how it ends.

Intimidation:

The scene in American History X where the family is sitting at the table, and the mom has the Jewish teacher over for dinner. Right when Ed Notron flashes his tattoo and says "You see this? It means NOT WELCOME."

Damn, that was really intense. I love that movie.

Fight scene/ A$$ wooping:

I think the movie is called "Midnight Express", anyway, one dude beats the crap out of the other, biting his tongue out and spitting it across the room at the end...
