FAST SDHC Memory for the EX1

I wouldn't order from there anymore, they say they ran out so you got to know when they get more stocks in it will be the new model, not the old one.

If it was Adorama, they said they had 25 when I ordered mine yesterday..
Wow...
Now gone!

yes adorama, which was the link in the previous post. Lets hope you all get the old ones.

Hey guys... just got my Delkin adaptor, the correct one, but the card I was given to test it it's a Class 2 Sandisk. I searched but couldn't find any info, are these Class 2 cards supposed to work or not? It says bad media, can't use it. :( Was coming back to give feedback on the Delkin but can't.

I don't know if it's the card, or the adaptor, or the firmware. I checked the "others" menu and my manual but couldn't find anything to check firmware version... how can I do this?

Thanks a lot I hope I will be able to give you feedback on the Delkin adaptor.

New latest version of the Ultra IIs are the shavable ones from what I can tell.

I have heard that there are actually two versions of the eFilm adaptor as mid life the controller was changes, so some of them work a treat, and some don't. Did this option ever get out of beta? lol

Anyway Delkin are hard working on other solutions as well, who knows what 2009 brings to us all. A variety of adaptors? and 32GB Ultra II media. All this within about 18months of the camera hitting the market!

Kinda makes you wonder why after all this time, there have not been any P2 developments. Is their technology really that different? I say that out of pure ignorance, but you'd think SOMEHOW over the years someone would have a PCMCIA/Cardbus -> CF adapter or something.

So I should be able to use the Class 2 card?

Another thing... the camera said that the card needed formatting, but when I started to format it the camera hanged up, had to take off the battery, stood still in formatting (0%). That's why I didn't tried again.

Can SDHC be read with a normal SD reader? The multi-card readers. Can I format the card in my computer?

This is the serial of my Delkin adaptor... helps?

Guy, are you selling Kensington/working adaptors? Would you be able to send a couple to Argentina? How can I pay you?

No, the class 2 card is too slow. Yes, the SDHC can be read with a normal reader. But you cannot format it correctly that way. It must be formatted in the camera.

I have the Ultra II 16 GB class 2 cards, and they work flawlessly (24 overcranked up to 48 with a lot of camera movement, no errors yet)

and they are the trimable version

Maybe they work with Kensington but not with Delkin? I'm confused, Perrone says they don't.

Any adaptors I do get with be for locals only, but you could try the MxS with the MxR adaptor.

I don't know about with these Class 2 cards, but with a faulty adaptor often the format locks up at 79%

Guy, I was going to ask if you had ever run a Crystalmark on these Class 2 cards. I seem to remember some guy from Japan mentioning them too. But aren't the common specs for Class 2 cards too low? I know Sandisk have been exceeding specs on their other cards, but this would be kinda weird.
