Fast Forward Film Festival -zombie- flick

I think that many things were overlooked here:

Lighting-Overall it was pretty boring or nonexistent.
Composition-A better location might have helped some. The guys sitting on the couch against a white wall just isn't visually great.
Sound-On board mic?
Makeup-Looked like Halloween makeup
Continuity-During the puking, it was ignored.

I know this sounds harsh. It probably is. I think you should pick up a copy of the DVXuser.com Zombiefest dvd collection. Alot of those films suffer from the same problems (including mine), but there are some real gems in there too.

I thought it was pretty funny myself...

i mean i think cooked ham would of been better then raw ham but hey to each is own right...plus id rather keep kosher so maybe some corned beef...

serisouly though i dont think neil was trying to hard, it looks pretty unscripted and the least of his worries were continuity....

dont get me wrong these things can be impornt...

but its all about the fun of it, not the tedious remedial BS....

ill hit u with the meat train...

I agree. Corned beef would have been perfect but it was either blessed meat or beer, however your words give me inspiration.

Continuity was my first point of concern because obliviously by watching the video that’s what I was going for.......................wait maybe not.

I love this site because most people have to put in (you know who you are) there 2 cents and very little to show for it. Good work guys! (This doesn’t mean everyone.)

Maybe if I use a 35mm adapter or just shoot with a digital 8 the gods might be happy.
Or it just might mean I need to buy some more bullshi* that nobody needs.

Hay is for horses and sometime the comments on this site need to be proof read by a gynecologist. And no I’m not joking, they will pay you allot more then the comments on this site.

It would have helped to mention that this wasn't serious at all, but you said it was entered in a film festival of some sort right?

I'm sorry if I offended you dude. I watched your clip, you said for us to tell you what we think, so...I did. I didn't know it was some joke project that you put 60 minutes into, otherwise I probably wouldn't have given the same feedback. Next time, if you don't want any bad feedback you should say:

Here is a project that I did in an hour, it's more of a joke than anything.
