Here's a video shot to open a fashion runway show at UCLA. While it's all stock HVX, some filters and a fair visit through Magic Bullet Suite were used.

If you'll excuse me, I need to be left alone with your video for a moment...

But seriously, nice shots...and... need to be left alone with your video for a moment..

Handheld is pretty forgiving at high frame rates, of course.

SonicStates: um... I don't know whether to say ew or thanks?

David, Can you post your settings and framerates? I'm interested in what you shot to go into Magic Bullet with. Thx!

The Magic Bullet grading was an afterthought for me, as the director was the one to propose some tinkering after the shoot. Had I planned on it from the start, I would have shot a low-con picture for flexibility in post.

I'm recall the most important scene file settings being:

Master PED -5
Chroma Phase +4
Cine-Like V

...most of which are nearly opposite of what I'd recommend for planned CC.

Frame rates were all 48 fps, with a few clips run through Twixtor.

thanks. Jesse- I guess you're referring to the music. I believe the director used The Cure.

footage looks great! I bookmarked your site about a year ago when I saw your footage from the infinite tree. It made me really want an hvx. I also really like the silk trees stuff. Great lighting. I know a while ago when I saw the silk trees footage it said something like hd35 in the description. Was that referring to the Hvx. I could have sworn it looked like hpx500 or better.

Connor, I use HD35 to identify to "mini35" projects that use an adapter. "Silk Trees" was shot on an HVX with Redrock+Nikon primes, although an HPX500 would have been greatly preferred!
