Fair Price for my DVX100A?

Hi Guys,

I'm selling my DVX100A. It's in mint condition. Has only 72hrs. on it. A friend of mine is interested in purchasing it.
I want to be fair to him as well as myself. So, for the camera what would you consider fair market value? I'm including a Pelican 1600
foam lined case and 1 extra battery, and a couple of boxes of unopened Panasonic MQ63 tapes.

Also, I have the top of the line wide angle and tele lenses I purchased from Century Optical. I paid over $1,500.00
for the pair. Like the camera, they are in mint condition. What would be a fair
price for them as well.
