Facebooking at Wedding

Not sure about the possible divorce angle but I think it was inappropriate at the least.

At my Dad's funeral I was sitting in the private room and one person was in there acting like we were having a private party or something, having a good ol' time and hanging out with the old crowd. Not cool.

Another nono is when you're standing in court before a judge cracking jokes and having a 'good ol' time'? Not cool. You can't pull cranks off like that in prison neither btw.

Inappropriate imo and none of my business really, but they made it public, so there's my 2 cents.

Agreed. If that is how serious they are entering this marriage, I see a problem there. Where's the respect for the monumental step in life this is supposed to be? I guess like most people I've seen/talked to recently, they go into marriage already knowing there is an exit = divorce. With that attitude you might as well not do it period.

I shot that, since I uploaded the video.

What are you saying here Jason?

I used everything I learned from this forum?

It was staged only with the groom and the Priest or whatever.
The audience reaction was ofcourse unstaged.

If you read the you tube post text it's explained in there . I'll quote...

This was just done to be funny - we really don't Facebook THAT often :).

I have a lot of family scattered around the country and we all use Facebook a lot to keep in touch. So when Tracy and I were engaged, most of my family found out via Facebook because we updated our statuses.

I surprised not only my guests, but also Tracy by pulling out my phone and posting on Facebook and Twitter from the altar during out wedding.

I had her phone ready in my pocket, so when she asked for it I could hand it to her. No one knew about this except the minister, and myself.

Meh I think it's fun.

Some people see it as not taking marriage seriously, I see it as taking life easy and having a relaxed relationship. It's like the marriage where they danced to some hip hop song and everyone danced and did cartwheels all the way up to the altar. It's all good fun... and obviously staged. I didn't think it was unplanned on first viewing.
