F5: F5 picture settings

Hi there, I am looking to hire an F5 to bring out to a weeks shoot in India in early January.
I was wondering if there were any good picture profile settings you could recommend I try out (I am hiring the camera for a few days this week to have a play with it) using the Hyper Gammas. I'll be shooting a lot of footage and editing out on location so not having to do much grading will really help my workflow. Very happy to shoot in XDCAM as well at 50 mbps.

Check Abelcine they are always giving away profiles for different cameras.

The stock hypergammas, as expected are not that great "out of the box", so tweaking them is a good idea.

I agree with Dennis, go to Abel and download their HG profiles. I found this a great starting point. Then set up charts and tweak to your liking.

I have used HG's now on four shoots and am very happy with the results. The first shoot I used stock HG7 and was not happy with the results. Could fix in post but you will need to tweak to have nice results and Abel is the best starting point.
