F5: F5 mpeg2 and FCP 7

I'm looking to use my F5 with a client who's going to be editing on FCP7 but has never worked with XDCAM before. Can someone please confirm these are the necessary downloads to use FCP7 with the F5's mpeg2? And if not, can you please steer me in the right direction.

I'm still on FCP7 and editing XDCAM footage from my F3. The footage needs to be put in a Quicktime wrapper so FCP7 can read it and XDCAM Transfer which is included in the first of your links is the best way to handle this.

I have not worked with footage from the F5's SxS cards but understand from reading info like this

We are using Pavtube to convert the files for FCP 7. Works great!
