How many and what strength built-in ND filters did they settle on? Last I heard it was 3 and 6 but for 2000 ISO it should be greater...

The thing that strikes me as odd with the new camera design is it seems like it was designed as a cheaper Sony Alexa, then halfway through the process they wanted it to be a single operator camera. Operated from the shoulder the screen and buttons are pressed against your face. The headphone jack is also on the left/operator side of the camera while the xlr's are on the right side. So if you're connecting a breakaway audio cable it's gotta be wrapped around the camera someway with the headphone cable pushing into the operator's cheek. Strangely only one record button near the operators face as well.
Yes-- 3 and 6. That was the same on the prototype F55 I played with a couple of weeks ago

Just be aware Richard, the F5's 4 HD-SDI outputs won't actually output a 4K signal for recording to a 3rd party recorder. Only the F55 does that.
I was at Sony's launch last night..AJA offering a 4k recorder for the f5. Camera in photo f5.

I thought the f55 had the black lens mount? F5's should be silver
I just wanted to post to offer some clarification. The AJA Ki Pro Quad that was seen at the Sony event was attached to the Sony PMW-F5. It was receiving an HD signal from the Sony PMW-F5, not a 4K or Quad HD signal. The Ki Pro Quad offers support for HD, 2K, Quad HD or 4K. The Sony PMW-F55, which is capable of 4K or Quad HD output via 4x 3G-SDI connectors, could be coupled with a Ki Pro Quad since it features 4x 3G-SDI inputs.
I hope this information is helpful,
