The Japanese timetable for the picture means "at release", "2nd quarter of 2013 (end of Sep.)" and "end of Dec. 2013" for each.
FYI, here is an official release.

They also says,
- QFHD on XAVC will be released at the end of Dec.
- Simultaneous recording with two SxS pro+ card is omitted
- MPEG HD422 1280×720 will be released at the end of Dec.
- 50p and 59.94p is omitted as the system frequency for 2k RAW.
The information is not very clear also in Japan.

The updated(as of Jan 29) Film and Digital Times booklet has all/most of the firmware update schedule/features on the last few pages along with other info like compatibility of non Pro+ SxS cards.
