F35 with Lomo Standard Speeds

Hey everyone,

Been chatting with a guy about buying a set of his Lomo Standard Speeds but we are both wanting to confirm they will fit on the F35. They got PL mounted and focus ringed but he said some of the lenses wouldn't fit on the Alexa Mini because Arri is making the mounts different now. He can confirm they fit on his Red Weapon PL mount just fine. I'm waiting on detailed stills from him but attached is a ghetto pic of the lenses. Btw, one of the lenses is not a Lomo but I already know that.

Can anyone confirm they would fit? I'm guessing they can but I would hate to return them since it's an international sale.

James, I'm sure I can get that info. Are you talking about where the mount starts and rear glass ends? He said he feels confident that all sensor distances should be the same on 35mm but is more concerned with the shape of the PL and fitment on that?
 
I used Oct18 versions of lomos via a pl mount adapter from 18mm to 150mm, if I recall correctly there where 6 lenses in total. All of them fit but the wider angle ones, lower than 35mm, just barely stuck out from the mount making them hard to work with. My concern would be those focus gears being too close to the mount and hitting the mount itself or the elephant ears on it. Especially on the wide angle end.
 
I think you may be right, David. It's a shame because I love the look of Lomo's but it's so hard to find them in good housings that have a far enough FF gear with some PL mount distance. :(
