F35 Night Shoot Video

Beautiful! May I ask how high you pushed the gain and what t-stop you shot on? Any noise reduction in camera? Any in post?
 
Gain was at 640 the whole time, using some Zeiss B-Speeds on the front, between T1.4 and T2.

I'm not surprised at the sensitivity at all, the F35 exactly emulates film in so many ways, including the way it handles night scenes in ambient light. Its the same as how the human eye would see the scene in many ways. I am not a fan of 2000iso capable images myself, it takes it past the realm of what is real to the eye. F35 kills it every time for me... Just choose your locations and shots well, and it will always follow through for you.
 
1080p is enabled and thats what comes up from the download selection being added. The prores version of the video is 4GB, so will need to sort that one out a little later...
 
Great work! I remember your website thewakeplace.com from way back, have you shot any wakeboarding/action sports with the F35?
 
Your videos got me amped to shred! One of the best Nick Davies edits to this day. What do you shoot nowadays?
